The Entrepreneurial Foundation
My journey began in 2010 with a simple observation: manual processes were killing business growth. Starting with a rhinestone and craft supply business, I experienced firsthand the pain of scaling operations without proper systems.
The insight that drives our consulting came from running our own businesses: the best automation is the kind your team doesn't even notice. When we automated inventory management for our e-commerce brands, we didn't buy a new WMS — we made the systems we already had talk to each other. When we streamlined coworking space management, we didn't install a new platform — we connected the booking system, the access controls, and the billing that were already in place.
